Three tenants in a suburban Tel Aviv apartment building each tell their stories, and in the process explore the connections between identity, memory and loneliness. On the first floor, a retired officer who fought in the First Intifada confesses his obsession with his young daughter’s safety. Above him lives Hani, whose husband travels the world while she stays at home with their two children. On the top floor lives a former judge, who tries to reconnect with her estranged son and falls in love with a man who isn’t what he seems.
